Free family fun event this Saturday!

Have your say on even more improvements to the environment of Woodside - the gardens, streets and play spaces!

Queen's Cross Housing Association are holding a drop-in consultation event as they move forward with design proposals for the Woodside ‘Making Places’ project.

What?

A free family-fun event with lots of activities (and food!)

Staff from Queens Cross, as well as the landscape architects from RaeburnFarquharBowen, will be at the event to introduce the Making Places project and answer any questions.

We will be hosting fun activities for all the family including hand-crafting, apple juicing and spiralising, and to test your skills on a cycling pump track.

When?

This Saturday, 18th January, from 10-2.

Where?

Windsor Community Hall, on the corner of Maryhill Road and Windsor Street.

The venue has level access and an accessible toilet.

What if I can’t make it?

The Making Places team have set up a Facebook page where you can leave comments about things you like and dislike in the Woodside area.

How does this link to Connecting Woodside?

Both project teams are working closely together to make sure that the projects complement each other, and that both projects make Woodside a friendly place to walk and cycle, and an attractive place to live and visit.
